What documents do I need to bring with me to my first appointment?

Your first appointment with one of our attorneys is an opportunity for you to provide her with basic information, receive advice and discuss the alternatives available to you to resolve your matter. At the initial consultation, please bring any documents that you have that are relevant to the matter, including summonses, previous court orders, pleadings, warrants and bond information.

What are your fees?

Matters are billed at either a flat fee basis or hourly rate. During the initial consultation, your attorney will review the facts of your matter and your goals and then will explain the fee structure and quote.

Our attorneys strive to offer effective legal representation at a reasonable cost. They will discuss with you any course of action that may result in a substantial cost prior to taking any action to ensure that you are comfortable that the expense is necessary to achieve your goals.
